This device monitors the voltages on both M8 terminals each second. It will open or close the contacts after specified delay periods only if the voltages are within specified parameters. This eliminates reaction to transients and short term voltage fluctuations. Except for a short 8 amp pulse when charging starts, the device draws less than 1 mA when open and no more than 10 mA when closed.
